Connect & Match: Tech Talent & Hiring Managers

Join our data-driven matchmaking event for focused, intentional networking, while we're all navigating the 'messy middle:' a time of constant change in the tech industry and tech-enabled companies.

Who should join us:

  • Tech talent: people in product, engineering, data/AI, design or technical programs seeking their next role or advice on next steps

  • Hiring managers or recruiters: hiring or expecting to hire tech talent soon

To receive an invitation to this highly curated event, attendees will:

(1) Take brief surveys that allow us to curate group matches.

(2) Receive ‘official invitations’ and venue details by paying the registration fee.

🔹Lightning Roundtable (20 minutes)

Product, engineering and recruiting leaders will engage in a quick, sparky roundtable discussion

  • Jeff Lee-Chan, Software Engineering Manager at Snapchat (ex-Google)

  • Kene Anoliefo, Founder at Bifocal (ex-Heard, ex-Spotify, ex-Netflix)

  • Esther Sportello, Product Leader (ex-USDS @ The White House, ex-Capital One, ex-PwC)

  • Dane Zink and Kayla Pearson at Product Hiring House

  • Mary Beth Snodgrass (Moderator), Managing Director at Product Advisory Collective

🔹Matchmaking Breakout Sessions (45 mins)

Attendees will enter their ‘unique IDs’ on PAC’s Matchmaking webpage to locate their pre-assigned breakout discussion groups and rotate between them three times.

Following this event, we’ll host more match-making to spark serendipity among startup founders, seasoned women tech leaders, fractional consultants, advisors, venture capitalists (VCs) and angel investors.
